Weight Maintenance After Training Plan
I was extremely worried that after I hit my weight goal and went off of meal and training plan that I would gain the weight back, however, the opposite has been true. Magically, somehow, even when incorporating an ice cream here and there or a meal out, it appears that my body is still keeping the weight off and toning up. I think if I want to get crazy fit, I’ll go back on the meal plan, but for now, I will continue with what I am eating and still working out here and there. I’m extremely happy with what Do It Rite Fitness and @ScottDo_Fitness have done for my body. Would highly recommend them.
