Snow Camp Cheese Review

Snow Camp cheese is so freaking fantastic. My mother-in-law bought me some from Saxelby Cheesemongers and I ate the entire thing in two days. It would’ve been one day, but I tried to exercise some self-control. Snow Camp cheese is wonderfully creamy with just the right amount of funk. The mouth feel are flavors are incredibly satisfying. I generously spread it over fresh baked breads and was in heaven.
