Paleo Deviled Eggs Recipe
My husband is back on Paleo for an upcoming competition and has been making these very delicious, Paleo deviled eggs. They are so tasty, creamy and flavorful that I had to share it with you.
1 Hass Avocado
3 heaping TBS of sugar-free salsa
Place eggs in a pot and cover with water, put fire on high and cook from start to finish, 15 minutes.
While the eggs are boiling, mash up the avocado with the salsa.
When the eggs are done cooking, place them in cold water until they can be handled without burning your hands.
Take all the eggs out of the shell and slice them in half the long way.
Take the egg yolks out of the egg whites and mash/mix into the avocado/salsa mixture. You can keep it chunky or make it smooth depending on your personal preference.
Take a small spoon and fill in the egg whites the mixture.
If you want, you can also mix in chopped bacon.
