I’m off of ETP. I woke up very sick twice on ETP, even though I’ve only been doing it for a few days and decided that I couldn’t continue on it because the illnesses were affecting my day-to-day routine, which now involves a baby. Back to just eating how I normally would. I had gone on it to experience what my husband is currently doing, but it just doesn’t do well with my body.
