Lady’s Kisses, Such A Treat

Such a pretty cookie, such a lovely name. Baci di dama  means Lady’s kisses in English. They are light, crunchy Italian sandwich cookies that have a chocolate filling. Think of bite sized biscotti dipped in chocolate.  I really love the look of them, especially since we eat a lot with our eyes and nose. They are my new favorite snack, but the problem is stopping at just one.

I picked a bag up at Eataly, so I am assuming that your local Italian grocery would have them as well.
