I just wanted to share this picture because I was so amazed by it. My husband is more of a meat eater, but decided it wanted to try to get into fruits and vegetables more. I usually have fresh product in the house for myself, but having to buy for two now just results in quite the gorgeous sight. While he’s already super strong, my husband has said that it’s been much easier to power through his Crossfit workouts ever since he started eating more greens and drinking them as well. His favorite way of going about it has been to add two large green juices to his daily routine.
