Healthy And Low-Fat Wrap Ideas
Here are some healthy wraps that have been satisfying my snack cravings. Eat them for lunch with a side, or just whenever you need something to tide you over between lunch and dinner.
Wrap 1
Multi-grain wrap
6-10 grape tomatoes cut in half (any type of tomato is fine)
Tzatziki
Alfalfa sprouts
Salsa Verde (optional-it tastes better without it, but sometimes I just want to change it up)
Wrap 2
Multi-grain wrap
Shredded carrots (I just used my vegetable peeler)
Hummus
Alfalfa sprouts
