Happy Valentine’s Day!

I thought that these ripened, heart-shaped lemon plums made for the perfect picture for today. They started out as yellow, but have become a beautiful red in the process. Juicy and super sweet, I could eat a whole bowl of them. I enjoyed them so much that I found myself sucking on the pit like a piece of hard candy while I worked. I will be sure to pick up some more on my next shopping trip.
