Flour is one of the most popular bakeries in Boston. Why? Because they freakin’ know what they are doing. Moist cakes, addicting frosting, buttery goodness. I’ll be stopping by again in a few weeks to pig out again, and so should you.
You guys know that I love NYC, and will always love NYC, so I just have to give a shout out right here. Joanne Chang, the owner and pastry chef worked at New York City’s Payard Patisserie and Bistro for a year, so I’m going to be biased and say that she picked up some of her skills in our town. I’m debating buying a whole cake to eat the next time I visit. Don’t judge.
