Day 5 of Back to Clean Eating
No weight down this morning, leaving a total of 3LBS lost, but my stomach is down an inch.
Also got sidetracked because I went out today and had alcohol.
½ Watermelon
1 ½ Cup of broccoli salad (same as yesterday)
1/2 Cup of guacamole
1 Bowl of banana cereal made with chopped up banana, two kinds of raisins, chopped nuts and rice milk.
2 Servings of gin
2 Servings of whiskey
1 Cup of watermelon
½ Cup of kabocha squash
