Day 2 of Back to Clean Eating
Down 1LB today, even with the omakase dinner.
Day 2 looked like:
2 ½ Banana Nice Cream with vanilla, cinnamon, chopped nuts and raisins.
12 Figs
1 LB of kale baked with olive oil and salt
1 Pepino melon
1 Bowl of Kabocha squash soup
1 Apple
1 Bowl of soup made with leftover kabocha soup, tomatoes, sundried tomatoes, jalapeño, onion and seasonings.
1 Salad: half a head of romaine and some sandwich pepper toppers
1 Boiled corn on the cob
3 Fresh dates
16 Nuts
½ Romaine lettuce head
