Chilaquiles, Por Favor

I know I’ve written about Las Pantera Negras before, but I just thought the carnitas chilaquiles that I ordered recently looked to pretty to not share. They were super gracious and made it for me even though it is only on their breakfast menu. Nom. If you haven’t been here before, think of it as Mexican diner food. I prefer going during the day. Typically at night it’s usually a lot of men in there just drinking beers.
