Canned Palm’s Seeds in Syrup

Sometimes I get a hankering for things, and this time it was palm seeds in syrup. It’s an Asian sweet that we use to eat when I was little.

The seeds are translucent, gelatinous, a bit firm, and really sweet from the liquid it has been soaked in.

I eat it cold from the fridge, just the way it is. But you could also chop up the seeds and add them to salads or desserts for a sweet touch.
