All My Food for Today:D

Vietnamese coffee w blueberries & papaya:D

Mid-morning snack: bacon & Greek yogurt with honey and warmed mangoes.

Shredded brussel sprouts tossed with olive oil, lemon, sea salt, white pepper, ricotta salary and two fried eggs.

Dinner’s a big plate of head-on shrimp cooked in water, soy sauce, fish sauce and ginger.

Nighttime snacks of cantaloupe, banana and Pellegrino.

Working through the night as usual and needed a middle of the night work snack 😀 I don’t see anything wrong w eating things in moderation
