Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner Meals for 5.29.2013

Breakfast: steel cut oatmeal w warmed crushed blueberries, brown sugar and lemon zest. Sides of fresh green tea w honey and mango &papaya

Lunch: salad with green apple/chestnuts/vinegrette & veggies cooked in spicy Indian sauce w flatbread. Snacks: cantaloupe, raw nuts & dried fruits.

Hearty dinner and dessert. No need to eat salad and oatmeal all the time. Shrimp cooked in soy sauce, honey, fish sauce and water. Side of potatoes and other veggies in a spicy red chili Indian sauce and wedding cake for dessert.


Nighttime snack: dried plums from Hawaii
