Banana Chocolate Chip Muffin Top Cookies
Muffin tops, not the tummy ones, but the ones that are the tops are muffins are very tasty. These banana chocolate chip muffin top cookies were a bit hit in our house when I made them to get rid of too many ripe bananas. #NOM. I don’t remember how many this made. Enough to keep two people happy all day, every day for 3 days.
2 ripe bananas mashed
1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1/2 bag chocolate chips
1 pinch of salt
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
In one bowl mix together the flour, sugars, oatmeal, salt and brown sugar.
In another bowl mix together the bananas, egg and vanilla extract.
Mix the wet mixture into the dry mixture in intervals.
Mix in chocolate chips.
Use an ice cream scooper and fill half way for each cookie and scoop out onto a buttered cookie sheet.
Bake until golden brown. I think I baked mine for around 12-15 minutes.
