ABC Kitchen NYC
ABC Kitchen is one of my favorite restaurants in the city. Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten curates a menu that is free of pesticides, synthetic fertilizers, insecticides, antibiotics, hornomes, GMO-free and is sourced from humane and regional farmers, as well as fair trade cooperatives. The freshness in every single one of their dishes is absolutely incredible. You never want to stop eating their food.

Crab toast with lemon aioli.
No clue, but I think there’s a mushroom in there.
Scallops.
Shaved raw fluke with crushed olives, dill and chiles.
Mushrooms, parmesan, oregano and farm egg pizza.
House cut fries.
Sundae with salted caramel ice cream, peanuts, popcorn, whipped cream and chocolate syrup.
Not sure, but I’m sure about eating it.
