A One Day Special at Dos Caminos
Poached eggs over cheddar corn muffins with a lobster chorizo hash & pickled jalapeno hollandaise. A one day special in honor of National Eggs Benedict Day. It was delicious! I fell in love with the cheddar corn muffins.
