3 Michelin Star Joel Robuchon Las Vegas
I don’t have much to say about Joel Robuchon in Las Vegas, except, “IT WAS THE BEST MEAL I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!” Not to be confused with L’Atelier De Joel Robuchon, Joel Robuchon is the one that has been awarded with 3 Michelin Stars. Now I’ve been to a couple of other 3 Michelin Star restaurants, but so far Joel Robuchon in Las Vegas leads the pack.
My husband knows me incredibly well. So well that he flew me to Las Vegas not to gamble and not to party, but to eat at Joel Robuchon. He remembers me speaking about how when I ate at L’Atelier Saint-Germain de Joel Robuchon in France, how it changed how I looked at food. I never knew mushrooms could taste so good till my meal there. My next experience with Joel Robuchon was at L’Atelier De Joel Robuchon in New York and then Joel Robuchon in Las Vegas.
Lots of whiskey and bourbon.
